P L E A S E READ THIS FIRST BEFORE REGISTERING or you may tear your hair out in frustration!
You * M U S T * use a ONE word username and a ONE word password....if you don't it will reject (even tho you might get a confirmation, you will still NOT be able to get in). Think of something unique, because if someone else has used the same ID, it will reject and you will have to retype your info in... I like to run first and last names together, which works well unless your name is Mary Smith! You can use the same ID and password name if you want (makes it easy to remember). Do not use an apostrophe ( ' ) in your ID or password as this rejects.
ID's and passwords MUST be typed in EXACTLY how you registered, including UPPER and lower case letters. i.e.--if you registered using all capitals in your ID, you gotta put it in like that--all lower case?--type it in like that! I have had some people say they typed it in EXACTLY like they registered, but upon closer examination, something minor had been varied--so check your registration welcome page and MAKE SURE, or you will be very frustrated trying to log in and getting rejected.
If you read and follow the above instructions, you will save frantic emails to me saying, "Help, I can't get in!" I am not always around to answer immediate emails, so it will save frustration on YOUR part.
